Pick the neighbourhood before you pick the place
Seminole Heights and Ybor want different evenings from you. Seminole Heights is sitting down and talking for three hours. Ybor is walking four blocks and changing your mind twice. Deciding which of those you want is more useful than deciding where to eat.
And Tampa is hot for most of the year. Anything outdoors on this list is better after seven, and considerably worse at two.
