This is dengo's public account-deletion page, required by Google Play. It works even without the app installed, and even if you cannot sign in.
About dengo
dengo is the Android app with package com.dengo.app. It is operated by Enzo Falvo, an individual based in Curitiba, PR, contact enzo.fvo@gmail.com.
What gets deleted, what stays
This is exactly what happens when you delete your account through the app — asking here changes the path, not the outcome.
Deleted immediately, with no undo:
- your profile (nickname and chosen color)
- all of your answers
- all of your guesses
- your login — the account itself stops existing
Stays in place:
- the answers your partner wrote — they are theirs, and they did not ask to have them erased
The couple record is only deleted once the second person also leaves. Until then, the invite code is swapped for a new one, so nobody can take your place.
How to request deletion
Three ways, from most common to rarest.
A — I can still open the app
The fastest path, and it covers almost everyone: the session already open in the app is proof enough that the account is yours. Go to Profile → Delete account.
Open my profileB — I lost access, but I linked an e-mail or Google
Sign back in with the e-mail or Google account you linked. Then follow path A.
Sign in againC — I cannot sign in at all
An anonymous dengo account holds no name, e-mail or phone number — nothing that proves it is yours. Because of that, if we cannot confirm the account is yours, we will not delete it: deleting an account from a request nobody can verify would itself be a way to attack someone else's account. Write to us with what you remember (nickname used, approximate date, what showed on screen) and we will reply within 30 days.
